MONITORING

Promax Computers Ltd shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and/or pre-screen the content of the Forum to determine compliance with this Agreement and any other rules established by Promax Computers Ltd. Promax Computers Ltd shall have the right in its sole discretion to edit, or remove any content submitted to or posted in the Forum. Without limiting the foregoing, Promax Computers Ltd shall have the right to remove any material that Promax Computers Ltd, in its sole discretion, finds to be in violation of the provisions hereof or otherwise objectionable. Notwithstanding this right of Promax Computers Ltd, the content provider shall remain solely responsible for their content posted to the forum and you acknowledge and agree that Promax Computers Ltd shall not assume nor have any liability for any action or inaction by Promax Computers Ltd with respect to any conduct, communication or posting in the forum or any of its content.
