Here is a quick update on how we are working at Alert Level 4.  We have been here before, and we have all the systems and processes in place to continue to operate safely and seamlessly.

As we are a supplier to many essential service companies Promax will again be fulfilling all orders that are deemed essential during Alert Level 4. 

We have put in place alternative ways of working to keep our employees safe, including shift-based working, staggered meal breaks and physical distancing. Staff that can work remotely are doing so.

Our team are working from their home offices and will remain active and on call during this time via phone call and video meetings.

Operations, Supply Chain & Production

Our freight providers have assured us that they are operating to supply essential services to our network. Orders may incur additional freight surcharge where we need to pass on additional costs.
