Why: The TR Group know the heavy transport game inside out, and they’re totally focused on their customers. With the biggest lease and rental fleets in New Zealand, they have extensive knowledge of New Zealand's heavy commercial vehicle industry and aim to offer the best vehicles and services in the market. So, when TR Group needed to repurpose a 6-wheeler tipper truck into a Water Cart for a client, they came to New Zealand’s leading Liquid Management specialist, Promax, for a solution.  

What: To give them the Water Cart they required, the TR Group turned to the Promax team, who designed a comprehensive solution, providing the full design and build for the project. Over the years the Promax Team has come across most situations in water storage and love working with our clients to design a solution which helps them achieve their specific objectives. For this project Promax provided a customised Water Cart fully kitted out with:

• 10000L fully baffled Transport Tank
• A 3” Yanmar diesel engine connected to truck fuel tank
• Galvanised pipework for durability
• In cab controlled twin front spray nozzles and triple adjustable rear nozzles
• Pump platform with safety rails and fold down ladder
• Safety lighting

This Water Cart is built tough to withstand a lifetime of hard work, with our specially formulated polymers combining to eliminate rust, stress-cracking problems and significantly reduce weight. Thanks to Promax, the TR Group have been able to provide their client with a cost effective solution.
